Want to stretch out your inner thighs? Try this short yoga class with 5 yoga poses to release this area.

I believe an area of our body that can be quite neglected in yoga is the inner thigh! Here are my favorite top 5 yoga poses to increase flexibility through the inner thighs and release tension from the groin area.

The inner upper leg can be difficult to access and over time we have a lot of tension and tightness that can accumulate there. If you do certain sports like horseback riding or cycling that activate the adductors it can be even worse.

The five yoga poses I'll be guiding you through are:
- child's pose
- frog pose
- middle splits
- deer pose
- happy baby

A great series of stretches. I think they’re really good for me at the moment and will try to fit them in here and there. And I understand it is just sitting introduction, so if anybody wants longer stretches, you can just hit pause 😊

Sorry I flicked off the page there and didn't realise it would end my comment! My favourite 10 minute video is the Slow Flow and I particularly like the Rise and Shine one which is 20 minutes from memory - haven't done that one for a while but it is the one I started with. Since February 2022 my one word in intention has been Peace In Ukraine - I know you will forgive me the three words! I speak to you most mornings Kassandra when I'm not working, but try and do every other day when I am working. I love your channel. Thank you so much
