I have tried a raw diet which included smoothies, fruits and salads for 6 weeks it stopped the rapid weight loss i was having the doctors could not find out why so i took matters in my own hands and it worked. I experienced a reduction in brain fog, had lots of energy and this next one surprized me no arm pit odour i have not used deodorant since 2019 and am not eating fully raw as yet. Nature is best.

All of this is true. My eye color became really blue and the whites really white. Skin gets soooo soft.

My eyes changed from a "muddy" hazel to a bright blue-green, and I haven't gone whole raw, but eat a lot of raw and whole food plant based.

I remember doing a detox raw food cleanse for 5 days on day five I looked in the bathroom mirror where the sun was shining and the appearance of my eyes shocked me. The whites were like pearls and my blue eyes like the ocean .unfortunately I started getting severely depressed on day 6 and thought it was no good. Looking back in hindsight I realised it was a detox symptom
Also been doing coffee enemas. They are amazing
And taking kelp full of minerals

I'm on 135 day of 365 days challenge 100% raw, definitely it works, but before I was 3 years on high raw plant based and I can call this period as a transition diet. Cheers to everyone and fruit on!

I’m 3 weeks 95% raw. Stopped drinking wine. One day I realized it was 4:30pm and all I’d had was water, so I decided to do an easy 36-hour water fast. Lost 12 pounds in the first two weeks. Feeling good! I feel like my body is starting to rebalance, heal, and work its way to a high standard of health.

And I’m having fun with recipes: big rainbow salads with different homemade dressings, lots of fruit, fresh juices, collard green wraps, nori rolls with walnut pate or jicama rice, dehydrator-roasted vegetables (the best!), etc. I’m still working to master dehydrated crackers and chips though.

I'm 14 days into a 108 day raw challenge. I've noticed a difference in my mental health mostly and sleeping better. Haven't lost any weight yet though, at least not in my clothes.

34 days on RAW fruits and Veggies...My husband said I still have bad morning breath, however, I have noticed my gums do look pinker and healthier. I have lost a lot of FAT on my body I have not lost a lot of weight ( I don't exercise much ...walk dogs is all) I have around 4 BMS a day. I am always eating...I have noticed fruits and veggies do taste better and my sweet craving has gone down. My nails grow faster also. I was WFPB before going RAW. I do take a B12 weekly I do not take a Vit d because I live in TX where the sun shines most of the year. I do not worry about protein or other vitamins because well most fruits and veggies have protein...
