Last time I did this I got to about the 7 minute mark, now closer to the end with the variations! Thank you! It's honestly just been about 2 years since I have been to a class, just got my pole set back up and excited to start on my pole journey again, even if I am close to being back to the beginning.

Thankyou for this. I can invert but only while im standing next to the pole. I want to be able to invert from other moves. I will have to try these.
