I can’t agree more with these lyrics! Before I started pole dancing, I had zero upper body strength. I was so weak as a child I couldn’t even climb monkey bars. It was not until I joined a new gym in 2013 that I started pole dancing and it has since changed my life.

Whatever your goals are, don’t give up! I know this sounds cliche but as long as you have faith in yourself, and keep working towards your goal, you will get there one day!❤️💪🏻

I did the ballerina when I wasn't strong enough and pulled something in my shoulder that hurt so bad I was scared to return to class. But that pole be calling me 😂. I love pole and I'll be back! I love watching progress videos like these. They are motivating. ❤
