Notice how close she has the pole to her neck, it's not on top of the body shoulder. Also, you have to really engage the arms, like you're pulling the pole down from the ceiling. I haven't tried the classes/ exercises on the fit2flaunt app, but hopefully these more in depth instructions are present in those, I get it's a short clip made for tt or wheverever. Also also, warm up before jumping into any conditioning, Reminding myself too
