All these exercises that Julianna showed are so good for Pole Dance conditioning. Practice them and you all will start to get ready!😉👍 And for me, the first three ones I already do, but the last one (Pencil Hold Spin) I consider the most difficult and I don't know why up to now I can not get it :/ (after the first turn my body tends to lean like I'm going to do the inverted split)

So based off this with out a pole- pull ups, sit ups, planks, and probably Pilates for core work out.
