Also at the time of filming which was like 3+ weeks ago the RX 6950XT was not priced at $650 which caught me off guard.

yeah, case choice is really important, back then my employer built a full tower pc with ATX motherboard, stock cooler, and GTX 1050. I wanted to punch the salesman in his face for this choice.

You can't really compare online deals to microcenter since at microcenter you're able to take your product home at time of purchase. Also, customer service at micro center is pretty top tier.

My budjet for my upgrade was around $200.00 Canadian. I found a Refurbished I7 for 130 and found a refurbished motherboard that I can put 32gb in for $66.00. I'm staying with my Geforce 1060 6gb because of budget and it will play games for many years to come. I think it will be a decent upgrade from my I5 with 16GB.
