I recently replaced my hp laptop battery with a new one. After charging it, I tried turning it on but it didn’t and there was this beeping sound. There is also a white blinking light on the caps lock key and the f12 key has a red light which is not blinking. This problem also occurred before I switched the battery, can you please help?

I connected the cable to the tv through HD and the HP logo appears when turned on, but I cannot see the desktop.
