Trying to follow the instructions on page 113 of the User Manual. No where does it say the scanner door has to be in the DOWN position. Glad I stumbled upon this.

This is the worst printer just to figure out the opening of the door. Thanks to the individual that said the scanner door has to be down. Who would have known. Lol

Picture and written directions do not show the top most part of printer has to be against the glass so the entire larger part lifts up once the front part that says HP is down(open).

What is the scanner door? There's a catch somewhere on the left that stops me lifting the screen. How to release it?

the thing is my printer cartridges just stay inside, i cant figure out how to pull it out. Since its inside i couldnt chaneg my ink. I wonder if thats because its not required to change yet

I installed black ink 910 in my Hp Printer 8030. I got an error to reinstall. because it wasn't replaced correctly. Now, the carriage is stuck; it won't move to the left.

I open the door and then I get the message that the door has to be closed to continue. I need to install new cartriddges but can't access them unless the door is open.
