How to fix an HP laptop that will not turn on

Most laptops that won't power on can be fixed this way, but in this video I show you specifically how to fix an HP EliteBook 8560p.
This is how and why you flush the power from a laptop to fix power issues.
If none of these solutions help, you probably need a DC Jack repair/replacement or a motherboard repair/replacement.

I didn’t remove the battery or change the cable. I went straight to keeping power button pressed for a minute without the power lines plugged in. While power button was pressed, I saw light on Caps Lock button turn on and off. Then I released the power button, plugged the power line and pressed the power button normally. It worked🎉

Recently had this issue with my Pavillion, which has an internal battery. I unplugged it, held the power button for one full minute, and replugged. Fired right up. Another video I watched, explained that this process releases static build-up.
