Fascinating! Very rare to find completely accurate information about a topic that mostly pertains to strength and hypertrophy, by a channel that doesn't exclusively specialise in either! Not only is everything the lady said 100% correct, but even the people replying in the comments know the actual, evidence-based truth! For anyone interested, it may also help you get "jacked" and stronger indirectly, however marginally, by allowing you to push 1 or 2 reps closer to failure without feeling the effects of lactic acid as much (aka "the burn"). Also, as the lady said, it enhances recovery, which means slightly increased training frequency, therefore more gains in the long run. Furthermore, it saturates the muscle cells with water making the muscles appear bigger, so you may look a little more muscular, even though you're not!

Does form of creatine matters? I mean it could be malate or monohydrate.
