It saddens me that Cassey doesnt film videos anymore. I get it she may be fed up after all those years, focuses more on design and other things... but her fans would be so happy to see at least one 10min video in 3 months... that would be like 4 videos a year... nothing crazy or demanding. Past months I switched to different yt instructors and they're good but Cassey has a special place in our hearts. From time to time I go back to her old video I havent done in ages just for a change... and it always feels like workout out with a good friend. I cant get that feeling from anyone else. Hope Cassey would return one day ....

Dear Cassey, I hope you could read my comment somehow. I've been your follower for 10 years and you are still my favorite instructor on youtube. You used to post longer workout videos much more often, now the shorts are coming more. I know it's important for you to make shorts, and I love yours, but I would love to see more longer workout videos like before. Everytime I waked up and saw your new videos, I always felt excited and motivated to workout. I guess many of your followers also feel that, too. Please keep the workout sessions coming! Im late to the party here, lol. I just started your glow up routine. And i love it! Its been a while since done exercises. Im 54 years old and diagnosed with type 2 diabetes; did a major overhaul of food changes and make better choices. That alone, i went from 186 to 135. Since im started following your program, i can go at my own pace and work my way from there. Thank you for making it soooo doable. Slow and steady wins the race😊

Just wondering, but your last exercise video was this one, about 4 months ago.. are you stopping those series and just focusing on the app now? Wondering why they aren't appearing anymore and it's only shorts now..

I remember I've started my fit journey with Cassey in 2019 and I've been doing all the exercise since then. It's so fun and incredible to see how much I could change since the beginning. Something I love about Cassey is her energy, her smile, the way she inspire us all the time, thanks for this 7 day glow up session, it was amazing.

For those of you who don't have a foam roller, you could also use a tennis ball or something similar to massage your muscles. I have a lacrosse ball which only cost 10 euros and it feels amazing. But if that's still too expensive, a tennis ball can work too. I got rid of my foam roller because I live in a tiny apartment and it just took up too much space. The ball is tiny.

Hope all is well it’s been a year since your last video I just want you to know that I never forgot about you 4 years ago I struggled with depression and panic attacks to the point I kept going to the ER and the day I fought back I came across your videos and your workouts have cured me I just want to let you know even tho you haven’t been posting a lot you’re still remembered ❤️❤️❤️

She said everything: no live workouts on IG (and later uploaded here on YT) for week two, just repeat week one.
The fit kit (like the weights, kettle bells) is only available on Target, not on popflex and Target only ships to the US.

I don't have any of her workout equipment (since I'm in Europe) and I do just fine with replacements, just like last year on the 21 day tone. You don't have to have exactly her stuff to follow her workouts with equipment, I've done it a lot.

i couldn't do most of the exercise because i don't have any of those specific equipment. i'm liking glow up sessions but i think there are a lot of excersice that many people can't do because of the equipment. (i mean... you can use water bottles instead of weights in some exercises, but not a roll like in this video or the KB). kisses from Spain!!! Doing this with my big sister in Ireland like last year!!!!
