Short answers, indifference, silence, and acting like they don't exist right in front of their own very eyes hurts them. Also telling them with a very indifferent demeanor and attitude that they are worth nothing at all to you without saying with words will destroy them. Showing them the same disrespect that the show you gets to them. They may try to destroy you but if nothing they do gets to you at all you are the winner.

Nope, he goes silent, the silent routine, I go silent ..even isolate myself to s different room, he doesn't care !! He goes on about his routine as if I didn't exist ...as he has his beloved TV talks to it, watched it until daylight shows itself .. the sleeps all day, til I presume he can't sleep anymore, fixes his meal, goes back to watching his beloved TV ..repeat ! He may step away for shopping if he needs something ... But he makes no move to interact with me !

Yes. I planned my retreat - every step. When I walked out the door during one of his rages, I went completely No Contact and filed the restraining order. The police were outside with guns drawn, and they helped me get away. I never spoke, texted, or called him ever again. The very fast divorce was a very soothing lifesaver. Moving across the country helped me know I'd never run into him. It's been over a year and a half since I left, and I've never been so happy. Every day I wake up with a big smile on my face! Life is beautiful again!

When she said I have a big ass...I didn't respond. When she came on to the guy who was liking me...I didn't respond. When she excluded me from activities with mutual friends I didn't respond. When she later approached me talkin' bout "Hiiii, honey bunny!" ...I DID NOT RESPOND. Poor thing had nothing to work with🥺😒😊...😁😁😁

I went no contact. After 3 month he started lovebombing via e-mail, calling, texting. Nothing is coming through but the system is telling me that he is calling. I cannot take that away. It's annoying. But he seems determined to get me back. Only now I know too well for what. I guess I have to change my number a bit sooner then planned.

MY WALKING AWAY AND CUTTING ALL TIES....NO PHONE NO THOUGHTS....JESUS SAID "TAKE NO THOUGHTS" on free peaceful...stronger wiser...after 10 years...I do forgive my self.
