I took notes of all the steps and things mentioned, its true, i work with narcs, one psyco in particular who is obssessed with me, i ignore as much as i can and they feel like hell so they do the punishment, gaslighting, ignoring ect ect....but i dont bother no more, shrug my shoulders and get on with my work. they HATE IT and ME and desperatly want a reaction out of me, but i dont get mad or say anything, i laugh and go, they look so sad, they love to copy me, bad mouth me, gossip about me ect ect, use their flying monkeys to harass me ect....i grey rock and keep it moving....they will get their KARMA, they already are so miserable, just being who they are is KARMA enough...horrible trolls. God is protecting me always.

The first video of yours that I watched was, "Ten Ways Narcissist Wives Treat their Husbands". I suddenly realized that my Russian wife had fallen out of the narcissist tree and hit every branch on the way down. After watching your videos, I must tell you, you have saved me an enormous amount of grief, because I understand so well, I can predict what she will do next. Thank you so much. She's been gone for 8 months, but still makes contact for some reason. (Showed up 3 times last week.) I am so over her!!! The biggest issue for me was trying to wrap my head around her cruelty and constant lying.

I don't believe her when she says hello! She came by crying, saying, "I miss you! I miss you! I have been crying and haven't slept for three days." The next day everything was fine. Hahaha! She was gorgeous when we married. She has relied on her beauty her entire life, to manipulate others, except now she is showing the wear of time. At 51-years old, I realize she is headed for trouble, pain and destruction. Thanks to you, I realize there is no way I could have ever saved her; she refuses to be saved. I'm sad about this, but I'm safe from her craziness. Thanks, Anouska.

Poured urine through my letterbox were charged with a domestic section 38 pretending to be pregnant broke bail conditions with pregnant messages, pled guilty at court, so I didn’t have to give testimony, waited outside court assaulted me outside court as I left, in front of cameras, after 3 months of no contact, along with ex partner who apparently tried to kill them before our relationship, sometimes no contact will drive them to new and insane levels, be very careful when escaping these are very dangerous individuals.
