Appreciate the information, but the Doc never actually defines what exactly is considered a "spike" in Blood Glucose Levels. Is a person without Diabetes is it a 50 point spike, 60 point? One person may be able to tolerate white rice with no spike in insulin while another might now. And if someone is not insulin resistant and can process sugar to maintain normal levels after a spike, does it really matter?

That’s exactly is happening to me I been having pain in my feet’s for over 3 year my dr alway sent me to a feet specialist that does nothing just said oh there early sings hortridist I think physician need more education when comes to nutrition and diagnostic now this condition has progress to whom knows what worry to go back to DR
