I’ve swam 43 days in a row so far. Def seeing a change in body composition, clothes feeling a bit looser, breathing & endurance improved, feel calmer, sleep better, feel stronger, posture improvement, it feels meditative so I feel good afterwards and I look forward to it as a way of letting go of the day.

Haven’t had much scale weight loss though. But will stick with it as I can feel a lot of body and mind changes. 6 weeks in it’s definitely been life changing so far. 😁🏊‍♀️
