Finally!! FINALLY... I made it all the way through the final set of Russian Kicks with once my most hated exercise.... Next exercise to conquer X-Jumps.... all the way through one set.

OMG, I needed this. I have been studying abroad for a month and I totally fell off my workout routine and I have just been feeling blah. I have bending exercises here and there but not constantly. I did one of your workouts last week and almost died. But today I was able to keep up and i felt so good. This is the feeling I miss. Hard work and sweat gives me a high!!

Very difficult and hard workout. X jumps are killing and i can't do russian kicks. I rise one leg and the opposite hand in the same time and it's enough for me :D I love You workouts btw :)

I am X jumps couldn't be accomplished. This video is saved on my favorites so I can do it as often as I can. I never thought I would have a girl having me sweat like this 😁😉 you are awesome!

This was hard. I completed it once whew.. meh decided to do it once more. I hated it, but the challenge is good for me.
