Thanks for the video. My filament broke under the AMS also and your video was quick and easy to understand. A quick 5 minute fix. I was able to tilt the inside piece up just enough without disconnecting the 2 wire harnesses. Saved me a couple minutes there.

I think this was the first video I had seen of yours that made me subscribe, back months later after my AMS ate that tape at the end of Bambu rolls and sucked it all the way in, disconnecting the PTFE from one of the slots at the feeder end. Thanks for the video, you've made the task less daunting!

I had a spool of glow pla that was constantly getting stuck in the extruder. It would glob up and make the end too big to pull back through the opening by the AMS. I did get good at taking it all apart and back together. So that’s a plus. 😂

Thank you it is an easy fix. I didn’t need to unplug those two wires inside the AMS

Any advice if this error happens on every filament change or at the end of every print? First time I pulled the extruder apart and took the filament out of there. It happens every print but if I just say it's fine and retry it manages to pull it out after a few attempts but want a long term solution.

This is happening way too often these days. Very frustrating and not "easy" to take apart the AMS to fix it. Not sure this was really thought out too well despite my love for the printer. An access hatch below the tubes!?
