I miss the old days where you were solving insanely hard integrals.

I have already a suggestion. Do the integral that Cleo solved without showing her work and the answer was acrccos(sqrt(Phi)).

Ah this video gives some insight into what Cauchy-complete means. I had seen that term used in quantum mechanics but didn’t know exactly what it meant.

At 5:16, how does he get f(1+1) = f(1) + f(1)? Also I don't think proving f(2) = 2f(1) means that f(x) = 2f(x) for all x?

Metamath question: Does anybody know why a general linear equation is written as "y=mx+b" in English? In German, it is usually written as "y=kx+d" (k for a "k"onstant slope, d for a distance along the y-axis). Why m and b?

Ahhh yes partial derivatives.

The math where one problem can take hours to solve.

If you are familiar with binomial expansion just imagine that, but with limits, and with multiple variables.

Just to give you a hint lets find the derivative of just x^2....one variable raised to the second power.

Lim h->0 (f(x+h)^2 -f(x)^2)/h
Rewrite (expand)
Lim h->0 (f(x+h)(x+h) - x^2)/h
Rewrite (foil)
Lim h->0 (x^2+2xh+h^2-x^2)h
Rewrite (combine like terms)
Lim h->0 (2xh+h^2)/h


Last step(cancel out h, then sub 0 for h)


d/dx=2x

That took about 10 minutes just to write out. And that is a baby calc 1 problem.
