α²+2 = 3α
α²-3α+2 = 0
α²-2α-α+2 = 0
α(α-2) - 1(α-2) = 0
(α-1)(α-2) = 0

α = 1 and 2
Similarly, β = 1 and 2

Since α ≠ β
So, We have to take (α = 1 and β = 2) or (α = 2 and β = 1)

α²β+αβ² = αβ(α+β)
= 1×2(1+2) = 2 × 3
= 6

The standard form of a quadratic equation is ax²+bx+c=0
In the equation x²-3x+2=0
a= 1, b=(-3), c=2
Here we consider the roots of the equation to be α and β
Sum of roots = -b/a
i.e, α+β= -b/a
= -(-3)/1
= 3/1
= 3
Product of roots = c/a
i.e, αβ= c/a
= 2/1
= 2
Now,
α²β+αβ² = αβ(α+β)
= 2 (3)
= 6
And If you are wondering that how the equation x²-3x+2=0 came, then replace α and β in both the equations with x
You'll get x²+2= 3x and then bring 3x to LHS you'll get
x²-3x+2=0.

α²+2=3α
α²-3α+2=0
On compairing from ax²+bx+c
We get, a=1, b=-3, c=2
So, (α+β) = -b/a
-(-3) /1
(α+β) = 3
(αβ) = c/a
= 2/1
= 2
So, α²β+αβ² =?
we take αβ common
then, αβ(α+β)
then, we put he value of
α+β, αβ
We get,
2(3)
=6
