HOW TO REDUCE ACNE SCARS

preview_player
Показать описание
A common pain point for my acne patients is that they hate the post acne marks that are left behind once the breakout has cleared.
Often presenting as discoloration, textural changes, indentations/atrophic scars or a combination of all the above
In office procedures can be very helpful but can also be very expensive. I great at home option is to consistently use ingredients that can help to resurface skin texture like retinoids that help reduce scar depth and improve skin texture.

She gives awesome information that one would usually only get from an office visit. Yet, they comment and challenge her as if she did not attend and probably still paying for all of the schooling this requires. I find it utterly ridiculous and disrespectful. Then again, I do forget this is a public platform and people from many walks of life are in here just to do exactly what I said above.

I have had this issue and went to a dermatologist, he walked in, turned around and walked out not saying a word, the nurse on her way out said, TRY NEUTROGENA. I WAS SHOOK TO MY CORE! Still trying to find the answer now for 20 years. Thank you for your help! Very much appreciated!🤗

I’m a huge fan of your page! What type of office procedure would you recommend for PIH that’s safe for skin of color?

Hello dr. Stephens, ive been binge watching your youtube shorts for better skin and i have a question! You talk alot about how retinol is amazing for the skin in most of your videos, is retinol safe for 13 year olds to use that have both acne prone and oily skin? Sending lots of love💕

I have the difficult hypertrophic scarring on my nose and chin. There's not many dermatologists who are able to treat them where I live. I'm still in search of a Dr. with the skill to treat hypertrophic scars in POC. Still hopeful...

Would you say that Cerave retinol is good? I have it and it's okay, however I think I may go back to Neutrogena retinol because it seem to be really good compared to Cerave

Which professional treatments would help with texture? There's so many lasers and peels out there, it's overwhelming
