The things Mike Chang talks about aren't anything new. He talks about muscles, happiness and
blah blah blah. We all have heard about these from other fitness experts, Jesus Christ, Buddah, or psychiatrists or from here and there. However, Mike Chang delivers the messages very well. He is persuasive and has some kind of power that attracts and guides audience's attention and let them think with him, instead of just stuffing knowledge into their brains. He has that charisma and he sure is a good instructor. No wonder why he has been so popular for years. I can't wait to watch his next video.

I think this is a great message Mike. Life is very unpredictable with about 90% of it being circumstances that arise out of our control so being able to develop the mindset of taking whatever life throws at you, good and bad, and seeing the positive in it is very important.

Mike I watch your videos everyday, when i workout i keep repeating your videos again and again. your voice motivate me. even every single videos on SPS that has you in it. I am following your advices to train myself now just lost 10lbs. topics from carbs and fats, protein chocolate shake, over training, teaching us how to reach goals in life, it's not just about work out, it's about changing life style and become positive and confident, you stand out from the other fitness people/channels. I am very impressed. watching your videos and instagram is what i must do daily, even multiple times a day. Thank You for everything.

I can see where some points in here can possibly be argumentative, but I think I get your point. However; some things in life just happen beyond our control no matter what choice or decision we make, and we have no control or power over any of those things that happen that we can't do anything about. If we're gonna be happy and make better choices and decisions in the future, whatever happens that we can't control we have to put them behind us, move on, play the hand we're dealt with, and focus on what we do have control and power over. Just a suggestion

Love the video, you’ve definitely taken the time to learn and have so much insight. That key idea in there is really choice, we’re the arbiters of our decisions. We can do anything we set our minds to, we just have to have the will and want to follow it up. And when things don’t go the way we wanted, being kind to ourselves and allow ourselves to feel and process what we feel so we can bear objective witness from it and learn from it. Challenges aren’t there to threaten us, they’re there as opportunities to expand our comfort zone and explore into new places to enrich our lives and belief in self. And the more we practice taking them, the more receptive we are to them and the lessons they can impart.❤

hey mike so i love all your video you are my inspiration i dicide to workout last year i lost a lot of weights i was 220 now im 180 thanks to you i start doing it now i feel more active everyday and i do 4 days exercise per week i rest 3 days in those days that i rest what should i do ?
