A great team is built on a foundation of trust, communication, and shared goals. Each member brings unique strengths and perspectives, and together they collaborate towards a common purpose. A great team also embraces diversity and fosters an environment of respect and exclusivity. Leaders play a key role in creating a culture of teamwork by empowering their team, providing support and guidance, and recognizing individual contributions. Ultimately, a great team is one where every member feels valued and invested in the success of the team.

Great Explanation On Team Work & Long Term Reliability.

This is a very good example of what makes a great team. Having different people on your team with different skills and specialities that attribute to success in any field. Even if teammates disagree sometimes, they ultimately come to an agreement that suits everyone's plan. Outstanding explanation on building a great team and long term reliability.

Everyone has their own point of view about things that they see. That's why they are different.
I like your point of view about everything because you are speaking about specific things and doing well 🙏

I love this. Different perspectives and experiences have the power to add so much to a team (& the country/world as a whole). I hope the majority of us in the U.S. can grow our ability to hold an open ear to others with different perspectives and view points

When women realise that the vote (1893, NZ, 1908 AUS, 1910 UK and 1920 USA) was a complete victory for any element on the feminist agenda you get a parallel. What the gorgeous crew then had to do was put democracy to work. Women's political parties, research, agendas, platforms, candidates and campaigns had to follow. Hard, yes: imagine (or learn about) the struggle to get Democracy established by the men. It began with the Black Plagues. Those events gave women precisely 50% of the political power, a Mexican standoff, compromise. Whatever they could have done to fix this modern insanity was neglected. Never too late. Key phrase "we adore you but men will never think like you do, step up please".

This is all well and good (and true) but the counter balance is group cohesion. if the men all rallied behind the idea, its probably fair to say some had their doubts on the plan but withheald them for the sake of group action. likewise the women probably spent alot of time discussing, but im sure there were some that wanted to just pick a path and go. Point being whenever people talk about diversity they seem to leave out the negative elements, id like there to be more focus on the middle ground.

This is unparalleled excellence. I encountered content with a similar message, and it was life-changing. "Your Body Your Temple" by Sophia Wintergreen

Disagree with Simon on this. The best teams are those that don't give a damn about the composition of the team but are all driven towards the same goal. Team members need to understand what value they are to the team and why they should care if the team succeeds. I see way too many companies assuming that just because an employee gets paid that they should care about the company. Why should they. Equally a lot of team members think that just because a company employs them they should care about them. Why should they. This situation is now all too common. We need a revolution in how team members are appraised and rewarded.

What is the main objective of team leader training ?

Subject : No incentive for team work to students in education system
We need admission or college exam to be given in teams so teamwork has value in students mind. otherwise they don't have incentive to work in team.
We need to give incentive to students to work in team. because in early age if they don't learn team work and they don't have incentive to do team work, then you will have depressed and selfish future generation.
Youth overestimate their talent and underestimate the importance of team work and trust building, and trust did not build in short time. So practice of trust building is needed for a better future of young generation.

I watched this video and loved the content but as a keynote speaker, I felt sorry for Simon delivering this over video call. With no audience response to go by, it is one of the most difficult and disconcerting things. You can notice how he struggles to find flow. Great content though.
