Hello doctor, I have a question after how long do the side effects of Methylphenidate like anxiety and slight heart palpitations go away, I am currently on 36 mg modified release for 4 days, previously I was on 18 mg for seven days, so it's been 11 days since I started taking the drug and I still have this feeling as if anxiety came and went alternately with a nice feeling of peace, will it go away or is it too early to give up and admit that this medicine is not for me, I would really appreciate an answer, thank you very much in advance regards Tom😇
