What about Saffron? I’ve seen several articles that it’s very helpful for anxiety. I get so overwhelmed trying to get my anxiety supplements right. I tried Ashwaganda and it has a minimal effect on me. I get dizzy almost every day which get my anxiety raging.

Ashawanda irritate Pitta constitution.
Dr Neal Barnard said we only need 2.4 mcg of b12 a day.
I think 1000 is too much. If our stomach cannot absorb b12, then we can increase the dosage little bit.
I took 1000 mcg and at night I had restless sleep.
