Asmr plumbing video on me connecting radiator copper pipework.

Using a laser to keep everything straight, a trowel for burn protection and a pipe bender to kick the pipe into place.

Monument pipe bender, huepar laser level, ridgid pipe slice doing there job perfectly. Best plumbing tools used to get the job done!

Thanks for the vid. When I was younger & my Dad bought a fixer-upper, I was in awe watching him change out a toilet, do plumbing, fix a burst pipe, soldering, plaster, dry wall, heating ducts, gutters...he did it all. I thought all dads did this stuff. Then I learned, "no". They all didn't. I thought he must be a Superman. He was a modest family Dr, six kids, loving wife of +65 yrs....Times like this I really miss him. I would have called him over to watch this w/ me. He would have enjoyed it. RIP Dad!
🧡your loving son, david.

Plumber with over 96 years and 3 months of experience here. I lost faith in our human race after seeing so many bad plumbers on social media. You are a much needed reminder that we still have a chance. Hats off to you

This man was taught correctly and takes pride in his work. 35 year plumber turned pipe fitter long ago, here. Free
Your knees or lower back may cause issues as you apply your trade throughout your career. Knee pads or a knee board now will greatly help both later. BTW the flux smoke is toxic, whether used to solder or clean. Best of luck

One tip as a qualified plumber for 35 years ...always solder your lowest fitting first and from the underside . There are reasons for this . If the stopcock leaks ( isolation valve ) water will reach that area first and water prevents the solder from melting . Soldering a straight coupler should be done from the low side first because if you get a dry solder joint you can still easily remove and clean the pipe because joints higher up can still be manipulated and the most difficult joint is the one closest to water . These are capillary fittings, solder travels between the joints via capillary action, something you would not know about ( confirmation of joint integrity ) if gravity feeds the joint from above instead of below . One can top up the solder from above via gravity but one cannot capillary feed from below once the upper side of the fitting is sealed as air will get trapped and prevent capillary action from occurring . Always wait for your fitting to give off a green flame before removing the torch and applying solder ..that is the correct temperature, when it melts on its own . Other than that ...nice laser but please use laser goggles as you're working with reflective chrome fitting which can direct damaging laser light to you eyes . Neat work !
