Today it's an 11-minute workout that's centered in your stomach and your lower body, burning belly fat and strengthening your ab muscles as you go!
This is a quick and easy exercise that you MUST do on a daily basis (weekends included) in order to really burn the fat there and see the difference in just 3-4 weeks!
But of course, you can't rely on the efforts of this exercise alone. You must also make some major lifestyle changes like in your diet for example and how you live your daily lives. You have to always strive to stay active, living a sedentary lifestyle is your pathway to weight gain! Eat healthy, stay away from grains and sugary food, ALWAYS!
