12 km run at 4':38"/km under the heat. In summer is harder to run. Hydration is really important and don't worry if times and the performance will decrease a bit, just keep running and training listening to your body.

ABOUT ME
Hi ❤️ I'm Lisa Migliorini, an agonist runner, a Physiotherapist and Osteopath, and Influencer. I run since I was a child and my personal best are 37:20" on the 10km, and 1h:23:07" on the half marathon. With The Fashion Jogger I share with my community my running tips , my running workouts , my races and experiences all around the world and tips to prevent injuries. I saw only 1 guy running in the trails yesterday in this heat, needles to say we gave each other the best motivation knowing we were the only souls out there

I feel you. I started running 2 weeks ago and I ran 1 mile yesterday at 93° and it was horrible 😂
