That is good finishing form. To be honest it looks like they can run faster than 18 min 5k because I run a high 16 min 5k at the moment and I do not look that good at the last sprint like that 👍🏽

Being a runner whos 5k PR is 18 minutes I truly know what it is like and how difficult it is. Not many people appreciate how hard this is to accomplish until they start getting into running and realize they can’t even break 30 minutes
