WHY RPE? (chart in video)
RPE vs percentages all day for me and my athletes. RPE keeps into account current energy and strength. What could be an RPE of 8 today could be an RPE of 6 tomorrow. Making your lifts more efficient and allowing you to go up or lower in load for that session.

CONS: Athlete may not have a good understanding of how many reps they have left and trial and error is needed. Usually can get after a few sets.

If I do exercises slow when going down and explode while going up . Can this be considered as strength training

Hey coach! Is doing injury prevention 2 days a week good when you do your normal gym work 4x a week in offseason? (+ 3-4 individual training sessions per week)
