Smooth.... Amazing full body joint mobility. I played D1 Football and set the Squat Record for my entire university... Guys lose their shid just like this... I wish I had it on film, but that was just before everyone had a modern cellphone in their pocket... If I knew them what I know now, I'd have enjoyed the moment a lot more...
