My husband uses the bar on his chainsaw to measure cuts and we stack them in old chemical totes that had the plastic container taken out so it's just the metal cage. We have a few cords stacked but when we do it that way, we can stack 2 rows deep AND carry it around on the forks on the Kubota. It's made firewood so much more convenient for us, cause that's all we use in the winter!

I keep a piece of 16 inch pex pipe in my hand. Been my method for 30 years

Agree with the other comments about using a chainsaw bar length of 18 inches, that is how I split all of the wood I sell

Good method. I do 16s though 3 rows at 4ft high and 8 ft long is a cord. Only do this because I sell wood occasionally.

What a load of crap. The entire state of Vermont has been stacking wood without any of this bother since we could walk. Just stack the wood.

If you're going to copy a YouTuber, I wouldn't copy a psycho cult member that's a pathological liar. Just saying .
