Antonio, its like you read my mind. Ive started doing these things recently just because something clicked in my brain and I realized how important TIME is. All the things I had been doing that were a waste of my time dont look good anymore (like watching youtube videos that dont teach me anything more than the ones that do >like this one 👍)
I'm learning Spanish, taking Jiu Jitsu, got myself some nice cast iron and a cookbook.
The best is for last though. Youre right, connecting with loved ones is so important and I need to work on that. It seems the most difficult sometimes but it's so easy.
Thanks for this vid...its given me more confidence in sticking to what I'm doing.

Antonio, these tips apply to almost all of us. yes, maybe more effective closer to 40, but doing these things at 20 is perfectly good too. ofc i don't do all of these things haha but they will definitely be beneficial!
