Welcome back to My Weight Loss Journey 2020 - Get Fit by 50 - FIT by 50, Fit 50, Fit and 50...
This is my week 43 Get Fit by 50 weight loss results video...
Sooooooo if this is your first time watching Get Fit by 50 thanks for stopping by... I'm just a fat guy trying to lose weight would love to have you follow me on my journey to lose 100+ pounds before I turn 50 years old on February 26th 2021... All I have done is walk every day and try to maintain a calorie deficit with a goal of no more than 2000 calories per day (MOST OF THE TIME) and I eat whatever I want. Each week is a new adventure so after watching this video please check out the previous videos to get caught up...
So last week during week 42 I OVER chEATED GAINED 4.8 pounds... backtracking to 84.6 pounds lost...
Let's see what I did on week 43...
Wednesday I did...
Steps 8528
Calories 1980
I'm still working on hatching that egg I have been incubating since last week...

Thursday
Weight 257 PRE POO
Up another pound to boot...
Steps 7845
GROGU stopped by and we at a bowl of alien frog soup... he kinda forced it on me...

Friday
Weight 255.6 PRE POO
Steps 8850
I had to skip my normal morning walk because I had to be at a clients at 8:00am for an all day video shoot at a clients... wound up eating breakfast from WAWA and a Whoppper for lunch... I was on my feet all day walking around so I was burning some calories...

Saturday
Weight 254.6 PRE POO
Still coming down...
Steps 7663
I took my parents out to lunch at longhorn steak house and knocked out a 12 oz rib-eye, a sweet potato and salad... oh yeah we had some shrimp and crab dip for an appetizer... mmmmmmmm mmmm
Only wound up with
Calories 2327 for the day...
Sunday
Weight 253.8 PRE POO
Down some more...
Steps 10476 did a 5K to compensate a little for the big lunch yesterday...

And I think the egg finally hatched completely...
Monday
Weight 250.8 PRE POO
my lowest weigh in yet...3 pounds overnight... That was a heavy egg... I had to drink a lot of water after that...

We ended the week on Wednesday morning...

Back down and another new low... and it is day 300 of my weight loss journey... thus the reason for the 300 movie parody slash theme this week...

Steps totaling... 60113
over 16000 steps less than last week and I still lost weight...
Calories Consumed... 12944
That is in my weekly window for calories...
My total weight lost during week 43 was 5.6 pounds for a total weight loss of 90.2 pounds in 300 days... I will not fail...
Oh yeah stay tuned for next week where I am going to battle a giant scorpion...
I WILL GET FIT BY 50 and lose 100 plus pounds...
