So glad you out this together! 5 months into my postpartum I have noticed significant hair loss that had me near tears. This video was just the pill I needed

I absolutely LOVE that OBGYN. Everything about her is just ON POINT. I'm not even pregnant and I want to be her best friend.

I have such a tentative relationship with my body as in, the thought of it all being warped and changed by pregnancy is terrifying

So... did her hair ever grow back?? These videos offer solutions, but never really provide results.

18 months postpartum and my regrowth is finally about 3.5 inches long. This REALLY got me down in the beginning. It was so hard and I had no idea how to style my “new” very thin hair with bald spots around my temples. Now I know why a lot of moms cut their hair after birth.

I might have to buy a wig now because that hair is BEAUTIFUL. ✨ Such an important topic to talk about. Thanks for sharing your personal journey! 💖

I hear you! Every mom goes through it—one day your hair feels amazing, and the next, postpartum hair loss hits hard. I honestly considered buying a wig at one point because it was so frustrating. But I started taking Baby Blues postpartum hair loss vitamins, and they’ve really helped! It’s all about finding little things that make you feel good.

Please check on your vitamin d level. During pregnancy many of us get deficient. After I took my sunbaths and supplements regularly my hair grew back stronger than before.

Vitamin D and iron are very important for optimal hair health and growth. I know because I am iron deficient and vitamin d deficient. Healthy hair comes from within. ❤

This video is so relatable to almost 95% pp moms. I also had major hair loss for few months. But one thing that helped was adding coconut into my diet. And massaging my hair with (warm) almond oil+ castor oil. And egg white masks.

I'm only 13 and I have been losing so much hair due to an eating disorder wich I am in the process of geting better. It is really hard to be 13 and have bald spots.

I felt with this and I had a doctor brush me off at first told me if was normal and I must have always had thin hair. I ask to immediately see a different doctor at the same place to get a second opinion. And this was a year and a half after my son was born. For me it was combination between a IUD birth control implants that I got hair loss is a side effect and postpartum hair loss. It was quite scary and I’m still trying to recoup the hair I had before 3 years later. But I’m happy now with what I have

I have had this. Yes, it is scary. But 3 months after my hair started growing back. I did not do or take anything special. Just lived life as normal. I think worrying about it makes time go slower and hence you feel it is taking longer to come back. But, trust in your body and take care of yourself and as a part of your hair cycle, your hair will come back. I want to loose my pregnancy weight... but I am afraid that it will take nutrients from my body and pause/ slow my hair growth.

Thanks so much for doing this video. I have had this problem with both of my pregnancies and am now pregnant again and not looking forward to it happening again. My hair hasn’t really ever bounced back from the loss but the babies are worth it. It just makes it hard for me to feel attractive when my hair has always been one of my favorite things about myself. Didn’t know this was a thing until after having kids either lol. But thanks again for telling your story and helping to make me feel less alone in the struggle.

You popped up in my search - because I’m in my second pregnancy and hair loss is unreal to the point that I had waist length hair and now it’s up to my shoulders and in the front of my head it barely makes it below my brows- it’s real.! So I was looking into Minoxodil and a wig for the meanwhile - perhaps even curing my own hair shorter so it looks less troll. 4 months postpartum and it’s just getting worse… my hair was so much part of who I am- I have lost all confidence and need some back while I pray my hair grows back. So thank you for this video and please can you post the wig company in your vid?
