I hope you enjoy this low impact fun aerobics routine to oldies music. It's about 20-25 minutes of light movements with some easy to follow choreography. It will bring you back to the days of "jazzercise". I made this at home during Quarantine. Enjoy!

Hi Jenny. Just wanted to let you know that even after working out with you for two years I am still so grateful for this video and the other 25-minute garage door video. Whenever I just don't feel like doing a workout I tell myself I should still do something and then I remember these two short but sweet routines. I just found you 2 days ago, I started doing it 2 days ago after my morning devotion before I get ready for work. I love it. I helped me alot. I been having issue with my neck and shoulder, going to my pt every week, it helps me after. I have been doing the work out with you every morning it helps me alot. I work with computers slot, it doesn't help me with my neck and my shoulder. With virus going on, thank you for people like you, sharing your time to help us. I'm a fit 61 year old with a love for running, but I know I need to include diversity. Your video gets me moving, arms up, and works some muscles needing confusion. Thanks so much for sharing! I taught aerobic classes for about 30 years. You are very easy to follow, and the music is universally appealing to all age groups.

Thank you Jenny, my husband has had a lung transplant and in the UK he is isolated in the house for 12 long weeks to protect him from Covid 19, we are so grateful to have found your videos. I’m 74 and learning the joy of fitness. I exercise 5-6x/week, walk everyday. Wonderful routines. I use your videos regularly. I’m from Massachusetts but staying near Ashville until November.Stay well. And again, thank you!

I have just started your lessons yesterday, and I love them don't get bored. Thank you for them. I am 83 years old and live in a little town called Ilracombe in the County of Devon England. I'm 75 years old. I started with your 20 minute video for beginners & seniors. I couldn't make it through the first couple of times. After 5 weeks, I have moved up to your 37 minute video & feel great. You are inspiring & I love your music!
