20 MIN QUARANTINE WORKOUT ARMS, CHEST, BACK WORKOUT // AT HOME

What you’ll need: a backpack and water bottles and/or canned food.
Disclaimer: Please always warm up properly with some light exercises (jogging in place, jumping jacks, butt kicks are great).
Who said we can’t get a good workout in without going to the gym?! Today we are transforming everyday objects into gym workout equipment - time to dust off your old backpack!
The Format:
3x Squat to press Left, Squat to press Right
3x Bicep Curl Left, Bicep Curl Right
3x Tricep Extensions Left, Tricep Extension Right
Alternating:
3x: Backpack Rows
3x: Pushup
This workout is primarily going to be focused on your upper body. We’ll hit your shoulders with the squat to press, then your arms with the bicep curls and tricep extensions. Lastly, we’ll work the major muscle groups of your back and chest with some push ups and backpack rows.
As always, we don’t need a ton of space with this one. Remember, the pace is your own, but try to stick through every 30 seconds to the end. Feel free to pause during the workouts to catch your breath.
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. If you want to challenge your muscles in another way, check out my other workout videos. There are videos focused on fat burning, abs, leg workouts, and more. Feel free to combine and mix them up however you like for an extended workout!
