Welcome to a fun, energizing 20 minute vinyasa flow quarantine workout that you can do from home any time of the day! This all levels vinyasa flow yoga practice is both calming and energizing. It provides an excellent full body workout, allowing you to stay home, stay safe and stay healthy!
