Welcome to a fun, energizing 20 minute vinyasa flow quarantine workout that you can do from home any time of the day! This all levels vinyasa flow yoga practice is both calming and energizing. It provides an excellent full body workout, allowing you to stay home, stay safe and stay healthy! The practice begins with a short guided meditation to relieve anxiety, breathing exercises to strengthen your lungs and boost your immune system, and stretching exercises for your hips, low back, hamstrings and spine. Then we move into a fun vinyasa flow home workout that will make you sweat, and leave you feeling inspired, energized and ready to create something magic today!
