If you don't have an immersion blender, a single cup blender will work as well, or a whole bunch of fast whisking! This mayonnaise recipe is so good, that you'll probably never get store-bought mayo again! It's creamier, tastier, and healthier than that type of mayo as well!

10 oz. extra v. olive oil
1 extra large egg
1 tbsp. Joe's Phenomenal Maple Monk Fruit Mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Thanks Again Joe. Looks Great, and now finally I know!👏 Have been wondering how to make an Original Mayo for ages now. Have you seen all the Junk that's listed on the side of bottles of even the Big Name Brands?-! (Surely, you don't need ½ that Rubbish-?!! ... Yeah, You do if you want it to still seem fresh - right off the shelf in 6 months time-!!😁). Here's Another that you may wish to Elaborate upon, that with Fish, I can never get enough of!! Yep, TARTARE Sauce!! I'm guessing it's mostly just the same as this, but with about a TBS of Capers, and about as much of the Herb Dill ...?!🤔. Cheers!

Next time try using just yolks or add like 1-2 extra yolks

Use 3 yolks, instead a whole egg and you can eliminate an inflammatory ingredient.
