Hi everybody!! The ingredients for this recipe are listed below:
100 ml or half a cup of water.
1 Teaspoon of salt...
Half a tablespoon of vinegar (white or applecider) ...
50 ml or a quarter cup of vegetable oil or olive oil...
3 hard boiled eggs

Mayo is usually made with raw eggs for those curious. This guy probably didnt know mayo could be made with boiled eggs. I didnt know that either

This is literally life changing for me!!! I’m allergic to raw/undercooked eggs but not well/completely cooked eggs (for whatever STUPID reason), and just recently accepted that I’d never be able to enjoy anything made with mayo again…. But this recipe actually makes it SAFE for me!!! I don’t have to give everything up!!!!

Рецепт:Яйца 3-4шт, примерно воды 2-3 ст.л., уксуса 1ч.л., масло подсолнечное чтобы на половину перекрыть яйца, щепотка соли.Если хотите можно добавить 1ч.л. горчицы готовой(не сухой).

A million thanks. I made my own mayo with eggs from my chickens but the only prohibitive ingredient was the amount of oil I'd need to use to make the consistency of mayo, which is about 250 to 300 ml per batch. this will significantly save me on oil as I ❤mayo. Add garlic, black pepper and collmans mustard. It will surely be a hit. Blessings to you.

Вместо воды молоко. Или жидкую сметану. И этому рецепту сто лет в обед! Мы ещё во времена СССР его делали 😅
И конечно есть майонез из сырых яиц.
Но этот соус, из варёных яиц, для тех кто заботится о своей безопасности. Ну или не любит или боится есть сырые яйца.
Ну и плюсиком будет то, что этот соус можно приготовить без растительного масла!

I recommend adding a bit of mustard, any kind, yellow, french (edit for all you arrogant prats - wholegrain mustard, moutarde à l’ancienne), dijon whatever

I like to add 2tbsp of powder milk, black pepper and few garlic cloves. All this together makes it more tastier❤️

We call it salad cream in England because it is made with cooked eggs. You can buy it bottled in the supermarket.

1. Following this recipe exactly, resulted in salad dressing. Had to add cornstarch and cool it in the refrigerator to get a more dense consistency.
2. Using boiled eggs gives it a grainy texture and more eggy flavor in comparison to just using a raw egg.
3. Both styles are taste better and are more healthy than the over processed options that your local grocer offers.
