Hello Pilates lovers,
I made a video a combination of Pilates and Physical therapy treatment to ease knee pain with swelling, focusing on the Quadriceps due to weakness and most specifically the Vastus Medialis Obliquus (VMO) due Osteoarthritis, injury, twisting, weakness and other type of high repetitive stress on your knees from sports or workout routine such as deep squats and lunges.

This video is about a treatment plan stretching, strengthening supine (lying on your back) and side lying positions tarteting the quadriceps specifically the VMO, If some of the positions and exercises are too difficult, then do only those that you could tolerate.

Annie uses her experience as a physical therapist and Pilates instructor to guide a Pilates specific routine with a program to target difficult to treat diagnosis such as low back pain with nerve involvement, neck pain, posture series, abdominal hernia, pelvic floor pain and weakness, upper and lower extremities weakness and pain and overall health and wellness to be strong, fit and quality of life.

I noticed the doggy was absent in this session! Hope to see him in the next episode. I have some knee inflammation and it's probably from VMO weakness and excessive salsa dancing. It was at 50% strength at one point but it's now back to 95%. I don't have a band like this but i can do some of them without it.

hello sissy i like your outfit for today leggings and top are nice color to you. now lets go to the exercise my favorite here is leg raise up and round round.. this target all the leg muscles its good for those people who have pain in their legs.
