I was in a car accident 1-1/2 year ago, leaving me with herniated disc in my neck. Meaning I couldn’t lift weights anymore and it was the most depressing thing in the world BUT thanks to my psychologist he told me about tubing bands. And here I am LOVING your workout. I have been doing this 2 to 3 times per week for one year. I find it very helpful. I am a 78 year old male. Knee bends not so good. More people should give you financial support.

I'm 62, travel for a living and needed a low impact workout that can travel with me. Hotel gyms don't always offer the same equipment so consistancy was very difficult. I found these resistance bands in an old trunk at home and decided to give them a try. I've exercised along with several differnt workouts on YouTube - looking forone that seemed the best fit for me. This one was a great workout. I felt every exersise, not just during the workout, but for a significant time afterward.

Be careful when the band is under your feet when you are laying down. As soon as I thought “hmmm…hope the band doesn’t roll up my shoes and smack me in the face….” It happened. On the bright side it was super fast and I never actually saw it before it knocked my glasses off.

Just purchased a set of bands as alt to weights...the bands are so awesome - no worry about dropping them on the floor or on myself. Also no worrying about overdoing a weight and possibly injuring myself. Thank you for a workout I can both ramp up as well as do daily

Thank you for the workout. Feeling unmotivated and hurt my back, so this was deceptively easy where i wasn't talking myself out of it and I felt the burn. I switched out the leg extensions for a plank due to my back.

Easy to follow, definitely got a challenge over these 15 minutes. Just getting back into shape after foot surgery, and also just starting with resistance bands. Perfect workout. This one is going into my routine!
