I love the emphasis on the basics, good diet, work out, get enough sleep. So refreshing and unlike so many of the purported body hacks out there, that advertise short cuts to better health. At 54, the only short cut I see is sticking with the basics, which save us hours, days, months and sometimes years of chronic pain or illness that can come with not following the basics.
