“Little bit” of racism? I live in an arm with a LOT of Amish people. I went to school with many. They are very homophobic, racist, and very very sexist. They also have staring problems. It’s odd how much they stare. Amish people can be very nice though.

Interesting video. I wonder what amish communities will look like in the far future? I’ve never seen someone marry into or join an Amish community. Just people who leave the faith (and those people are usually excommunicated, but there are ex amish who keep in contact with their family and have get togethers). It has become lax recently, in terms of technology and hanging out with non amish, so maybe the rules will change. If not, they’re kinda fucked.
