Stop listening to the music you listened to in your rut. Go buy some new movies. Watching a new movie can help you deal with another night alone. So after entertainment, it's time for the big O word. Organization. It's time to clean your life up. Stop smoking, no if and or butts. Minimize drinking. Minimize pot smoking. Go buy all the most expensive household cleaning products and clean your house really well. Do your laundry with the same passion you have for pissing. Do your dishes with the same passion as you have for pissing. Clean clean clean lifestyle. Decorate a bit. Go buy a nice new picture for your wall. Go buy a new kitchen table...vaccuum your car. Clean your car really nicely. Next up, scent!! Scent is a great way to end a chapter of life and move to the next. Candles, room air fresheners, essential oils, cologne, laundry detergent, car air fresheners. Make every aspect of your life smell attractive. Remember, women are strongly drawn to scent. Good smelling lifestyle is highly attractive. 3rd is to go to the gym 6 days a week. Going to the gym can leave you high on endorphins for 12 hours. It's hard to be sad about a breakup when you're high on endorphins...your mindset post workout is always going to a constructive approach to a breakup. So now you're fresh, clean, well organized, and you smell exquisite and you feel like you entered a new chapter in life. Your ex is no longer on a pedestal and all you remember are her flaws. You don't even want her back and you feel confident in your ability to attract a good clean woman and you feel excited because being attractive and sought in dating is the same feeling as an 8 yr old waking up on Christmas morning to open presents. You are more excited to unwrap new fun intriguing gorgeous women's clothes off rather than look back at your ex.

The moment someone says they want to break up or wants to leave, I don't beg/ask to stay back even if i know it's hurtful. As I feel there is nothing more disrespectful than begging someone to stay at the cost of our self-worth. Agreed, it hurts when we give our 100%, but there's something to mull over the fact that it was our love to someone more than what they did for us. It's better to feel low now, accept, deal with the heartbreak, heal and move on rather than being with that person never knowing when they'd leave. Your self worth beats every relationship.
