I didn't see the video of the truck driver showing the officer's reckless driving, and that would've been the icing on the cake.
Truck drivers see a lot as they drive, and this truck driver is a good samaritan, keeping the roads safe.

This reminds me of when my Italian grandmother in the 60’s (pre cell phone) was coming home from cleaning offices at night and a cop pulled her over and said your lights haven’t been on for over 8 blocks. I’ve followed you the whole time. And she said what?! You didn’t pull me over sooner?! I could have died! I could have caused an accident! What is wrong with you?! I have 2 daughters at home!
Suffice to say she did not get a ticket and the officer actually apologized to her. My grandmother was a badass.

The officer was actually kind of nice. He admitted his guilt and said he was sorry. Most cops even with video proof would loose their temper and the trucker would be the sorry one.

From what I saw they both behaved surprisingly civil. These situations have been known to quickly spiral out of control, and I'm glad to see this one did not.
