I came here strait from Kajabi’s (a competitor of ClickFunnels) blog post when they linked this video as proof to say that ClickFunnels doesn’t have a website builder when essentially funnel is still a specific type of website. Literally laughed so hard when I saw this.

There is no difference between a website and a sales funnel. He's just trying to make what he is talking about "new". A sales funnel is a website with customized buttons. You can customize a website layout and buttons in any different way you want.


The idea about making the design easy to navigate is true, but it is still a normal website. Don't go running telling developers "I want a funnel not a website", you'll be laughed at. Tell them I want a website that is easy and clear to navigate.


After all, a Funnel literally means the liquid container that bring water from the top (new visitor), through the bottom of the funnel (customer), you need to have a website that does that. That is it.

As they have more engaging content and people will be more involved with that websites and spend more time on those sites...

So Russel...I own a restaurant (and I'm coming to FunnelHacking 2019 btw!!) and so would I use funnels specifically to receive traffic I've driven from advertising but also use another setup for my "main" website? I remember seeing people who essentially use CFunnels to build out their main site, obviously with a lot of selling and marketing going on at the same time. Would LOVE to get your answer...thanks for ALL you do. I'm excited to use CF to change the restaurant marketing game.
