7:15 If you turn off gridsnap then you can scale it down however you like.

You can make it smaller in UEFN you just have to change the percentage at the top right of your screen where it shows the degrees.

You couldn’t scale it down more because your scale amount was set to 0.25, you can change that or edit the scale by hand in the details tab
