What if there was NOTHING?

Let's discuss the possibility of nothing and ask ourselves;
Why is there anything?
Why couldn't there just be nothing?
What does nothing look like?
Was there ever nothing, or was there always something?

Trying to imagine the concept of nothing and thinking about why there is such a thing as the universe has been something that has played with my mind for many years. I decided to make a video to see if any other people have these thoughts and what conclusions they have made about the concept of nothing.

I remember thinking so deep into this when I was little, that it got to the point where I thought I felt my soul leave my body almost as I just saw nothing but a white flash. I snapped back into reality and I felt like I had just had a heart attack. I cried to everyone in my house but no one understood. I hope someone sees this comment and can believe me. I don't know what happened that day.

I've been thinking about it since I was a child and I don't know how, everytime I thought - what if there was no earth, no animal, no other planets, no sun, no moon... There would be complete darkness??? Or ONLY light? Like it still gives me goosebumps thinking about it
