Ok when you get rid of all the people who make the profits and give it to the workers make sure they know that when the company has a bad quarter that they aren’t going to get a paycheck until the company is making money again. You guys are just thinking of the Walmarts, Microsoft, and Amazon type of companies that you think can’t fail, but if you take away the top level people in those companies, they will eventually have a period of time where they lose money and then the workers for those companies will leave and the company will vanish.
